Codrina is a Senior Analyst in Nesta's Sustainable Future team. She works with heat pump installers, home owners, local authorities and industry experts to understand and address the current barriers to heat pump adoption and find ways to accelerate the transition to low carbon heating. She has recently co-authored a paper exploring the state of low carbon skills in the UK and proposing ways to increase the capacity of the heat pump industry to install more heat pumps. A researcher by background, Codrina's been at Nesta for over four years, working on a range of topics including tech for good, local government innovation and Covid-19.
